Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase. Upon our receipt and successful inspection, we will refund your purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return Procedure
To return or exchange a product, contact us at 1-888-323-1813 for a Returned Authorization (RA) number. Credit cannot be issued without an RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the (outside of) of the package. If RA is requested, Baggo will issue call tag for return of the item. Once the item has been returned, credit will then be determined.
All refunds will be applied to the original means of payment. Refunds are typically issued within 30 business days of Baggo receiving the returned product. During holiday seasons, please allow up to 45 days.
Exceptions on Returns
During inspection of returned item, if abnormal wear and tear or abuse is evident, credit will not be issued. The customer will then have 90 days from the time of receipt to determine if he/she wants the product returned at their expense. After 90 days the returned product will be destroyed.
The customer will be responsible for cost of returning the item to Baggo if an RA is requested for reasons such as, but not limited to: Does not like, wanted a wood board, already has one or any other reasons for not wanting the board the customer ordered. Credit will then be issued for product only minus a restocking fee of 5%. For custom orders a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Notes Regarding Shipping
Some products are offered with free shipping. In the event that you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your refund.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the product is returned to our warehouse. Immediately email us at customerservice@baggo.com if you have refused delivery of your order.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning, to ensure that it is returned to the warehouse.
Upon receipt of package, open and inspect immediately. DO NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, contact Baggo within 30 days of the delivery date at 1-800-323-1813. Before calling, you will need your order number, item number and tracking number. Baggo will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. Refunds will not be given. Baggo will cover the shipping charges if there was damage to the product during transit.
