A: Sure! There is no experiance required. Like all sports, practice makes perfect. Teams range from beginners to backyard experts.

Q: What are the rules? Will someone explain what to do?

A: Standard Baggo rules apply: 1 point on the board, 3 points in the hole, net scoring & all games to 21 points. Prior to the start of the tournament, we will go over the rules, how to play, best practices & let you know what game board you need to be playing on.

A: No. We are in our 18th year and have only had 2 teams repeat but only one of those was a back to back repeat champion.

Q: Is there food & beverage available?

A: Yes, there are concession windows on the infield, as well as places to make wagers on the races.

Q: Can my kids come?

A: Yes! The infield is open to everyone, there is plenty of room to run around and there are also food trucks.

However the tournament is only for 18+.

Q: Is there anything else going on incase I lose?

A: Remember, this is a double elimination tournament. But yes, there is a Beer festival going on as well as Food trucks!

Q: How long with this take?

A: Time for the full tournament to complete, depends on the number of teams that are entered. Normally, we suggest to be prepared for 2-4 hours depending on how many games you win. In 2024 the tournament took right at 4 hours to complete.

Q: Is this cornhole?

A: Similar. Baggo is a 2x3 version of Cornhole made of a Blow mold polyethelene. Bags are a lighter weight & the game is played a 20 ft (vs 27 cornhole)

Q: Does it play like a Cornhole game?

A: Baggo has a slide to it that provides fun high scoring game play. Cornhole bags tend to pile up around the hole, which can also happen in Baggo, but there is a great chance of knocking them all in during Baggo resulting in faster game play / scoring.
